Terms and Conditions
This is an automatic translation.
The German Terms & Conditions are the legally binding version.
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Grunenberg & Comp. GmbH to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Grunenberg & Comp. GmbH, Düsseldorfer Straße 89, 40667 Meerbusch, registered in the Commercial Register at the Local Court of Neuss under HRB 20360.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely an invitation to place an order. By clicking the [Buy] button, you submit a binding order for the licenses listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending the invoice via email and providing you with the access data for IQProcess. Only individuals within the European Union are entitled to purchase. Purchase contracts with individuals outside the European Union are void.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that is neither attributable to your commercial nor your self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. The regulations outlined below apply to the right of withdrawal:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you acquired a license for IQProcess.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Grunenberg & Comp. GmbH (Düsseldorfer Straße 89, 40667 Meerbusch, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clearly worded statement sent by postal mail.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including the license price, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no event will you be charged fees for such repayment.
From the time of withdrawal, you no longer have the right to use IQProcess and will no longer be authorized to log into IQProcess.
Loss of Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires upon the initial activation of the IQProcess subscription, as usage begins at that moment. Activation occurs in the case of a new user when confirming the email address registered for IQProcess login. For an already registered user (email address stored in IQProcess), activation begins with the purchase of the subscription.

Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission has established an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. Further information is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings with consumers before a consumer arbitration board. The responsible consumer arbitration board is:
Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes, Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de.
We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this body to resolve the aforementioned disputes.
