Harmonisation of Register of Outsourcing Arrangement & Register of Information
The register of information software IQRegister ensures compliance with DORA Article 28(3). It also complies with the associated Implementing regulation 2024/2956 for the register of information, published in the EU Commission’s Official Journal on 02.12.2024.
Regarding the register of outsourcing arrangements required by MaRisk and MaGo, there is a parallelism in terms of ICT services that would lead to inconsistencies. To prevent this, IQThirdParty establishes a consolidated and unified data basis for the register of information and the register of outsourcing arrangements. In addition to the register of information, the register of outsourcing arrangements can also be generated at the push of a button.
